-minimum 5 years FOH restaurant experience; breakfast concept experience preferred, but not neccessary
-experience with Aloha POS systems
-minimum 1 year bartending experience
-minimum 1 year management experience
-must possess basic computer literacy skills for daily use of tablets, POS, desktop & laptop PC's
-must be familiar with touchscreen OS's and use of tablet and smartphone interfaces, including, but not limited to the following apps: Yelp!, Sysco Shop, Sysco Delivery, HotSchedules, TurboScan, Homebase, Clover, GrubHub, DoorDash, Facebook, Snapchat
-OPEN AVAILABILITY and a minimum 45 hour work week to include weekends
-must possess valid driver's license and clean driving record
-must possess patience
-must display the ability to apply systematic approach to problem solving in real time situations
-positive motivator and coach
The position of AGM is a salaried management position, requiring a minimum of 45 hours/wk, and open availability to include weekends.
This individual will be responsible for FOH scheduling, merchandise ordering and inventory, bar inventory, and running shifts in the restaurant as Manager on Duty, with a staff of up to 20. Individual must also be willing and able to bartend/host/serve/expedite/foodrun/bus as needed; both to supplement income and as duty requires to manage labor costs.
Salary is negotiable; based on resume, experience, and agreed-upon schedule. To include bonuses up to 10% of anual salary, paid out quarterly.
